Da Remo is a really expensive fancy restaurant that we will never get to visit because our three kids can't behave. In the same photo - The bell tower looking building on the left is Villa Trissino-Muttoni, nicknamed Ca' Impenta because it was formerly covered in frescos. It appears to be abandoned now, but it's claim to fame is that this is where Vicenza signed a Deed of Surrender to General Radetzky on June 10, 1848. Italians rebelled against the ruling Austrian Empire in 1848 and it was Radetzky's job to bring the rebellious Italians back in line.
Agip is the local gas station chain. See the blue Ford Focus? It's in two pictures. The closer one it's under the sign "D pui Discount"? That's an American's car. How can I tell? The license place is in two lines instead of straight across. They issue those special plates to fit into the license plate holders of the cars we ship over. European cars have a long and skinny license plate holder to accommodate their long and skinny license plates.
